Place the oats, oat drink, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Core the apple and grate it into the mixture, leaving the skin on.
Sweeten the porridge with pear juice to taste and serve warm.

Tips
Porridge is particularly popular for breakfast in the UK. If you're short of time in the morning, mix the oats with salt and the oat drink the night before and leave them to soak overnight in the fridge. The next morning, simply reheat and enjoy straight away.
