fresh coriander or chopped mint for garnishing
To make the tandoori marinade, mix the yoghurt, spice mix, lemon juice and paprika in a bowl.

Tear the meat alternative into small pieces with your hands, add it to the bowl, mix with the marinade and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the meat alternative from the marinade and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat alternative until crispy. Be careful – the marinade burns quickly!

Cut the flatbreads open – but not all the way through – and fold them apart. Spread the chutney on the bottom halves of the flatbreads and top with the iceberg lettuce. Spread the mayonnaise over the top halves of the flatbreads. Arrange the meat alternative on top of the iceberg lettuce. Add a little chutney or mayonnaise on top and garnish with fresh coriander or chopped mint.
Tips
Any seasonal leafy salad can be used instead of iceberg lettuce.

The filling also tastes great in ciabatta, sourdough or pita bread.
